After Action Reviews

This After Action Review facilitates continuous assessment of organisational performance, looking at successes and failures, ensuring that learning takes place to support continuous improvement in organisational learning and change.

The After Action Review will require approximately 60 minutes of your time.

Since we use the Internet for data exchange there is a risk of data loss when sending the questionnaire to the server. Therefore we recommend the following procedure:

1. Go to the respective folder (for tutors and/or participants)
2. Click on the link "AAR form" in the left hand side navigation area
3. Then click on the button "New AAR form"
4. Copy and paste the complete page to MS-Word (e.g. press control-A / control-C or select / copy from the browser menue "Edit"-"Select All" - "Copy", then paste the complete page in an empty MS-Word page; please note: after pasting the complete HTML file to MS-Word it may take some time until the page is displayed in MS-Word)
5. Fill in the questionnaire by using MS-Word
6. When done, fill in the online evaluation sheet
7. When done, press "Send Questionnaire" and wait until a new page is displayed (only then the transfer was completed successfully)
8. If the transfer is interrupted, you still have your filled in MS-Word sheet and can start with step No. 5 again
