The eLearning Africa break-out workshops offer awareness and capacity building for regional educational communities and maximise the impact of the main conference in Nairobi on the country. They are organised jointly with the Kenyan Ministry of Education and regional stakeholders in education and training. The institutions organising the workshop locally are the Mombasa Polytechnic in Mombasa and the Maseno University in Maseno/Kisumu.
